SGMY’s Review of Goldleaf Restaurant Singapore
If you’re craving delicious Chinese food, Goldleaf Restaurant in Singapore is definitely a place to check out. Their menu is full of amazing dishes, and I can’t get enough of their food. One dish I always go for is the Braised Pork Belly with Preserved Vegetables. The pork is so tender, and the preserved vegetables complement it perfectly. It’s a dish that reminds me of home.
Another must-try is the Goldleaf Mala Chicken. If you love spicy food, this is for you. The chicken is cooked in a special mala sauce that’s full of flavor and just the right amount of heat. I also really enjoy their Signature Cod with Specialty Sauce. The cod is super soft, and the sauce gives it that extra kick. It’s one of my top picks every time I visit.
For something crispy, the Goldleaf Fried Chicken is amazing. It’s crunchy on the outside and juicy inside, making it so satisfying. I can’t forget the Cereal Prawns, either. They’re crispy and sweet, with a lovely cereal coating that makes them stand out.
However, the Fish Maw with Meatball Soup didn’t quite hit the mark for me. The taste was a little too bland compared to the other dishes I’ve tried, but it’s still okay if you like lighter flavors.
Overall, Goldleaf Restaurant is a fantastic place for authentic Chinese food with a variety of flavors. Every dish I’ve tried so far has been a hit, except for the Fish Maw Soup. But that’s just my personal opinion!
