I recently visited Collin’s and was pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of dishes they offer. Let me share my experience with you.
Firstly, the appetizers were a great start to our meal. The Tempura Squid Tentacles were crispy and flavorful, and the Appetizer Platter was a generous assortment of delights, perfect for sharing with friends or family.
Moving on to the mains, Collin’s offers an extensive selection of pastas, meats, seafood, and pizzas. One standout dish was the Singapore Chilli Crab Pasta, which perfectly captured the essence of the local favorite with its rich and spicy sauce.
