SGMY’s Review of Bali Thai Singapore
I recently tried Bali Thai in Singapore, and I must say, it’s a great spot for anyone who loves a mix of Thai and Indonesian flavors. The Phad Thai Bento was a standout for me. The noodles were springy, and the stuffed chicken wings were juicy and delicious.
The Thai fish cake was a pleasant surprise, bursting with flavor, and the mango salad added a refreshing touch to the meal.
The Thai Green Curry Chicken was another favorite. The curry was creamy and rich, with just the right amount of spice. I loved how tender the chicken was, soaking up all the flavors of the curry.
If you’re a fan of fried rice, I highly recommend the XO Seafood Fried Rice. The seafood was fresh, and the XO sauce gave it a unique spicy kick that I couldn’t get enough of.
I also tried the Crispy Fish with Thai Chilli Sauce, and it was delightful. The fish was perfectly fried to a golden crisp, and the sweet and spicy sauce paired wonderfully with it.
However, I found the Tom Yum Soup a bit too sour for my liking. It had a nice balance of spice and heat, but the sourness was a bit overpowering for me. It might not be for everyone, especially if you prefer a milder soup.
Overall, Bali Thai offers a good variety of dishes that cater to different tastes. Most of the dishes were delicious and full of flavor.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy some tasty Thai and Indonesian food.
