SGMY’s Review of Red Card Cafe Malaysia
Red Card Cafe offers a delicious selection of food and drinks that leave you wanting more. I recently had the chance to try some of their dishes, and I was quite impressed with the flavors and variety.
One of my favorite appetizers was the Swedish Meatballs. The meatballs were tender and paired perfectly with mashed potatoes and creamy brown sauce. For a main course, the Soft Shell Crab Pasta really stood out. The crispy crab added a nice crunch to the creamy butter sauce, making every bite satisfying.
Another winner was the Lamb Shank. It was slow-braised and practically melted in my mouth. The mashed potatoes that came with it were smooth and buttery, complementing the lamb beautifully.
Their dessert selection is also a must-try. The Pavlova was light and crisp, with fresh fruits adding a burst of sweetness that balanced everything out. It’s a great way to end your meal. I also enjoyed the Vanilla Milkshake, which was rich, creamy, and just sweet enough.
However, I did find that some dishes, like the Mac & Cheese, could have used a bit more flavor. The cheesy sauce felt a bit bland compared to the other well-seasoned dishes. Also, the Belgian Waffles with Ice Cream, while tasty, could have been fluffier for a better texture.
Overall, Red Card Cafe is a fantastic spot for a casual meal with a great variety of options. The atmosphere is cozy, and the food is mostly excellent, with only minor room for improvement in a few dishes.
