So Pho Singapore is one of my favorite spots for Vietnamese food. The menu is full of delicious options that always make my taste buds happy. Let me tell you about some of the highlights.
First, you must try the Summer Rolls with Softshell Crab. The softshell crab is crispy and wrapped in fresh rice paper, which makes each bite refreshing and delightful.
The Imperial Spring Rolls are also a great choice. They are crispy on the outside and filled with tasty ingredients that make them a perfect appetizer.
The pho here is a must-have. I especially love the Pho Noodle Soup with Sliced Beef. The broth is rich and flavorful, and the beef slices are tender and cooked just right.
If you’re a fan of squid, the Vietnamese Spiced Battered Squid is a treat. It’s perfectly seasoned and crispy, making it a great snack or starter.
For something a bit more filling, the Grilled Lemongrass Chicken with Rice is fantastic. The chicken is tender and has a wonderful lemongrass flavor that pairs perfectly with the rice.
Another favorite of mine is the Bánh Xèo (Vietnamese Pancake) with Minced Chicken & Seafood. The pancake is crispy and stuffed with a delicious mix of chicken and seafood.
To end the meal, I always go for the Vietnamese Drip Coffee with Milk. It’s creamy and rich, just the way I like it.
However, I did try the Vegetarian Mango & Papaya Salad, and I found it a bit too bland for my taste. It could use a bit more seasoning to bring out the flavors of the fresh ingredients.
Overall, So Pho offers a fantastic range of Vietnamese dishes that are mostly delicious. I highly recommend giving it a try!
