Hey everyone, if you’re looking for some yummy local food in Singapore, Springleaf Prata Place is a great choice. They’ve got lots of tasty dishes that will make your taste buds happy.
Let me tell you about their Egg Cheese Prata. It’s a crispy flatbread filled with gooey cheese and eggs. The outside is crunchy, and inside it’s soft and delicious. However, the Cheese Prata was a bit too greasy for me, which took away from its yummy flavor.
Now, onto their Masala Chicken Briyani—it’s really good. The rice is super fragrant, and the chicken is juicy and perfectly spiced. But I found the Chicken Murtabak a bit plain; it needed more seasoning to make it tastier.
If you love noodles, their Maggi Goreng is a hit. It’s packed with noodles stir-fried with spices and veggies, making it really filling. But the Fish Curry Briyani didn’t wow me; the fish was a bit tough.
