Let’s start with the Pathumthani Beef Rice Noodle. The dark soy sauce broth, infused with 19 herbs and 5 spice powder, was both sour and spicy. It’s incredibly flavorful and addictive.
Another standout was the Ayutthaya Chicken Springy Noodle. The creamy dark broth, enriched with coconut milk and spices, is rich and slightly spicy. It’s a comforting bowl that I’ll definitely be coming back for.
