If you’re in Singapore and craving vegetarian food, you must check out Eight Treasures Vegetarian Restaurant! The variety here is incredible, and every dish tells its own delicious story.
One standout for me was the Veg. Crispy Suckling Pig. This dish had a fantastic crunch, thanks to the crispy beancurd skin, and the fluffy potato filling added a lovely touch. It’s a must-try!
I also enjoyed the Honey Sauce Veg. Pork. The sweet, tangy honey sauce clung perfectly to the springy texture of the veg. pork, making it hard to stop eating.
The Buddha Jumps Over The Wall soup is another gem. It’s packed with all sorts of good stuff like veg. shark’s fin and mushrooms, which makes it so rich and hearty. I always feel good after having it!
