I recently had a meal at I’m Kim Korean BBQ, and it’s truly a go-to spot for Korean food lovers. The Spicy Volcano Chicken is amazing! It’s super spicy with just the right amount of sweetness. Perfect for those who love a good kick.
The Beef Bulgogi was also a hit – the meat was tender, and the marinade had a good balance of sweet and savoury. I couldn’t stop eating!
Another favourite of mine was the Japchae. The glass noodles were cooked just right and had a really nice chewy texture. Plus, the mix of veggies added a refreshing crunch to the dish. If you’re into lighter options, this one’s a winner.
The Prime Pork Belly had a good mix of juicy and crispy bits, making it super satisfying.
For sharing, I’d recommend the Family Feast. It comes with a variety of meats and sides like kimchi and fries, so you get a bit of everything. It’s ideal if you’re with a group.
Their Soy Fried Rice was tasty too – it’s simple, but it pairs well with the more flavourful meats.
The only thing that didn’t quite hit the mark for me was the Juicy Beef Roll. I felt that the pastry wrapping was a bit too thick and overpowered the beef filling. I’d probably skip this next time and try more of their BBQ meats instead.
