If you’re looking for a great Italian meal in Singapore, I highly recommend Rosso Vino. Their menu has a fantastic mix of traditional dishes, and I can’t help but rave about a few of them.
First off, their Tiramisú is a must-try. It’s so creamy and rich, with just the right amount of coffee flavor. Every bite feels like a little piece of heaven. I also loved the Fettuccine alla Bolognese; the sauce was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. It really hit the spot!
Another favorite of mine is the Margherita Pizza—the dough is soft and chewy, and the fresh basil adds a lovely touch.
I also enjoyed the Risotto alla Pescatora. The seafood was fresh, and the rice was cooked just right. It was comforting and satisfying.
On the side, I had the Patatine Fritte (French fries), which were crispy and golden. They paired perfectly with everything!
However, I wasn’t too impressed with the Carpaccio di Manzo. It tasted a bit bland and lacked the depth I was hoping for. I expected more flavor from the raw beef and olive oil. Still, it didn’t ruin my experience.
