Ajisen Ramen is a must-visit for ramen lovers. As a foodie, I recently dined there and was impressed by the variety and quality of their dishes.
First, I tried the Spicy Cha Shu Ramen. The broth had a perfect balance of heat and flavor, and the cha shu was tender and delicious. The Volcano Ramen was another highlight with its fiery red broth and bold flavors. It’s not for the faint-hearted, but if you love spicy food, it’s a must-try.
The Kumamoto Ramen stood out with its rich, garlicky tonkotsu broth. The tender pork slices and perfectly cooked egg made it a comforting and satisfying bowl. I also enjoyed the Seafood Tom Yam Ramen, which combined the tangy and spicy flavors of Tom Yam soup with the heartiness of ramen. The mix of prawns and scallops added a nice touch.
