SGMY’s Review Of Open Farm Community
I recently checked out Open Farm Community, a cozy spot in Singapore. This place is awesome, blending farm-to-table dining with a super homey vibe. I loved their creative menu, packed with options for different diets.
I started with the Focaccia Pizza, which was a hit. The crust was just the right amount of crispy, and the cheese and tomato combo was perfect. For the main course, I went for the Fish & Chips. The crispy barramundi was spot on, and the fries were deliciously seasoned. I also tried the Butter & Cheese Pasta, which was super comforting with its rich, cheesy flavor.
Their drinks were just as good. The Avocado Mango Smoothie was refreshing, creamy, and perfectly sweet. Another standout was the Coriander Garden Cocktail, a cool mix of herb vodka, lime, blue ginger, and lemongrass.
Dessert was a real treat with the Chocolate Sake Fondant. It had rich chocolate soil, plums, cherries, and chrysanthemum gelato, making for an amazing end to the meal. The Roasted Cauliflower with BBQ glaze and coconut serundeng was another favorite, full of smoky flavor.
However, the Tomato Based Pasta, despite its vine-ripened tomato sauce and parmigiano, was a bit underwhelming. The flavors didn’t quite come together as expected, and it lacked the depth that characterized the other dishes.
Overall, Open Farm Community offers a wonderful dining experience with its fresh, farm-to-table cuisine in a beautiful setting. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique dining experience in Singapore.
