I recently had the chance to dine at Under Der Linden Restaurant, and let me tell you, it was a delightful experience! If you’re a fan of delicious brunch and hearty mains, this is the place to be.
To start, I tried the Smoked Salmon, which came with a creamy herb crème fraîche and a fresh salad. The flavors were perfectly balanced, making it a refreshing choice.
Then, I moved on to the Guacamole Croissant, and wow! The combination of cherry tomato, parmesan cheese, and a perfectly poached egg in a flaky croissant was simply heavenly. It’s a must-try!
For the mains, the Chili Crab Pasta stole the show. The jumbo crab meat was juicy and paired beautifully with the penne.
I also enjoyed the Duck Confit—the meat was tender, and the pickled berries added a lovely touch of sweetness.
However, I found the Mushroom Risotto a bit underwhelming. While it had a creamy texture, I felt it lacked the depth of flavor I was hoping for.
