One of my favorite item of Twyst menu is the Laksa Olio. It’s a unique twist on traditional laksa, with spaghetti, prawns, cherry tomatoes, and edamame. The flavors are bold and spicy, making it a must-try for spice lovers. Another standout is the Gochujang pasta, which combines a spicy gochujang sauce with prawns and mushrooms for a truly delightful dish.
If you prefer something simple yet flavorful, the Aglio Olio is a great choice. It’s a classic pasta dish with garlic and olive oil, perfect for a light but satisfying meal. For seafood lovers, the Pomodoro pasta, packed with assorted seafood and kale, is fresh and hearty.
The Alfredo with smoked duck is another favorite. The creamy sauce and smoked duck create a rich, delicious combination. The Miso Butter pasta with chicken and mushrooms offers a savory and comforting taste that’s quite unique.

SGMY’s Review Of Twyst Pasta Singapore
If you’re looking for a pasta place that hits all the right spots, Twyst Pasta is where you need to go. Their menu is packed with tasty options, and I’ve tried quite a few that totally impressed me.
Let’s start with their Laksa Olio. It’s a fantastic twist on the traditional laksa, mixing spaghetti with prawn, cherry tomatoes, and edamame. The laksa flavour really comes through, and it’s a delight if you love a bit of spice.
The Gochujang pasta is another winner. The spicy gochujang sauce paired with prawns and mushrooms is simply delicious and leaves you craving more.
The Pomodoro with assorted seafood is fresh and flavourful. The kale adds a nice touch of texture, making this dish stand out. If you’re into creamy sauces, the Alfredo with smoked duck is creamy and rich, with the duck adding a lovely depth of flavour.
Also, their Miso Butter pasta with chicken and mushrooms has a unique taste that’s both savory and comforting.
But not everything is perfect. I found the Mussels in Tomato Sauce a bit underwhelming. While the mussels were fine, the tomato sauce lacked that punch I was hoping for.
Their side dishes are pretty awesome too. The Truffle Fries are crispy and flavorful, and the Karaage chicken is a great crunchy treat. For something lighter, their Mac & Cheese is a classic comfort dish done right.
Overall, Twyst Pasta is a great spot for pasta lovers with a creative edge. Just watch out for the occasional dish that might not hit the mark.
