SGMY’s Review Of Claudine Singapore

If you’re in Singapore and craving a luxurious brunch, Claudine is a spot you must try. Their seafood offerings are outstanding, especially the Cold Angel Hair Pasta and Caviar. The combination of shio kombu, truffle, and Kristal caviar is simply divine—luxury on a plate.

I also loved the Lobster Cocktail Salad, where the freshness of the lobster paired perfectly with the dill yogurt and fennel shavings.

For a real treat, don’t miss the Steak Frites Bordelaise Sauce. The Macka’s flank steak is cooked to perfection, and the pommes frites with béarnaise sauce are a fantastic side.

The Avocado Toast from the Brunch Classics is a must-try too. The shallot, horseradish, and pomegranate add a refreshing twist that makes this simple dish truly special.

The Brown Mushroom & Morel Ravioli is another favorite. The parsley purée and parmesan create a delightful taste, although I found the pine nuts a bit overpowering at times.

One dish that didn’t quite hit the mark for me was the Egg Cocotte. While the combination of morels and spinach sounded great, the dish lacked a bit of seasoning, which made it less memorable compared to the other fantastic offerings.
