If you’re into Spanish cuisine, you’ve got to check out Tinto Singapore. This place has a range of dishes that are absolutely delicious, though not everything hit the mark for me.
First up, the Gambas al Ajillo is a standout. The prawns are cooked in roasted garlic oil with crispy garlic chips, and the potato purée that comes with it is so smooth. It’s packed with flavor and really satisfying.
Another winner is the Patatas Bravas. These crispy baby potatoes come with a homemade spicy tomato aioli that’s just the right amount of kick.
The Cangrejo crab and avocado salad is fresh and zesty. I love the mix of lime and green apples with the creamy avocado and crab. It’s light yet full of flavor.
For something hearty, try the Fideuá Negra. This Spanish noodle paella with black squid ink sauce and crispy calamari is unique and really tasty. It’s different from your usual paella and definitely worth trying.
