If you’re looking for a delightful dining spot in Singapore, The Halia is definitely worth a visit. Their breakfast menu has some fantastic choices. The Pancake Stack, for instance, comes with fresh honeycomb and mixed berry compote that’s just divine. I loved how fluffy and sweet the pancakes were, with the honeycomb adding a unique touch.
The Hearty Breakfast is another standout, featuring buttery scrambled eggs, chicken sausage, turkey bacon, roasted mushrooms, and tomatoes. It’s a hearty and satisfying meal that really starts your day off right.
I also tried the Smoked Salmon, which was a treat with its combination of toast, scrambled eggs, and sundried tomatoes. The flavors worked together beautifully. However, I was a bit disappointed with the Grilled Quesadilla. While the Wagyu beef rendang filling sounded promising, I found the flavors a bit muted and lacking the spice kick I was expecting.
For lunch or dinner, The Halia’s All Day Menu doesn’t disappoint. The Charred Fremantle Octopus was a highlight for me. The pickled cauliflower and turkey sausage added great textures and flavors, making it a dish I’d definitely order again.
