I recently visited The Feather Blade in Singapore, and I must say, it’s a great spot for steak lovers. The Feather Blade steak is a must-try. The 200g cut is tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection. It’s one of the best steaks I’ve had in a while.
The gyüdon with foie gras or scallops is also fantastic. The rich flavors of the toppings really elevate the dish.
The sides are equally impressive. The deep-fried potatoes are crispy and flavorful, especially with the sriracha mayo.
The sautéed mushrooms, a mix of shimeji, shiitake, and button mushrooms, are delicious. I also enjoyed the creamy spinach, which is made with Parmigiano-Reggiano and nutmeg, making it a comforting and tasty choice.
The Caesar salad is refreshing and unique with its crispy nacho chip egg, adding a nice twist to the classic salad.
