SGMY’s Review of Thachang Singapore
Hey everyone! I recently had a fantastic time at Thachang Singapore, where I dived into their vibrant menu full of Thai and boat noodles delights. Let me share some of the highlights with you.
First up, the Special Pork Boat Noodles are a must-try. The noodles are perfectly cooked, and the pork is tender and flavorful. I chose the spicy option, and it had just the right kick without being overwhelming.
For a bit more variety, the Fried Mama Tomyum Scramble Egg with Crab was absolutely delicious. The crab added a rich taste to the noodles, and the tomyum flavor was spot-on, making every bite exciting.
Another standout was the Omelette Crab Bomb. The omelette was fluffy and packed with sweet, succulent crab meat. It’s a real treat for crab lovers and pairs wonderfully with the rich, tangy sauce it comes with.
I also loved the Salted Lava Egg Crab Meat Garlic Fried Rice. The salted egg yolk added a delightful creaminess to the dish, and the crab meat was fresh and juicy.
However, I did find the Tomyum Crispy Pork Noodle a bit disappointing. While the crispy pork was well-seasoned, the tomyum flavor was not as intense as I hoped. It felt a bit bland compared to the other dishes I tried.
For a refreshing end, don’t miss out on their Milk Tea and Red Ruby Bingsu. It’s a delightful dessert with a perfect balance of sweetness and texture.
Overall, Thachang offers a range of tasty options, though some dishes might vary in flavor intensity. If you’re into bold and vibrant Thai flavors, this place is definitely worth a visit!
