Let’s start with the starters. One dish that stole the spotlight was the Big Eye Tuna Tartare Cones. Picture this: fresh tuna nestled in crispy cones, topped with a symphony of flavors including chili aioli, soy, wasabi, and scallions. Each bite was a burst of freshness and umami goodness, setting the perfect tone for the rest of the meal.
