If you’re looking for a delightful mix of dim sum, Social Place in Singapore is a must-visit! I recently dined there and was blown away by their Signature Dishes.
The Wagyu Char Siu was a star of the meal. The beef was tender and beautifully marinated, leaving a smoky sweetness that had me wanting more.
Another highlight was the Flamin-ple, a flamboyant pineapple dessert that not only looked stunning but also tasted deliciously refreshing.
For starters, I highly recommend the Pickled Black Ear Fungus & Lily Bulb. It offered a crunchy texture and a tangy flavor that really whets the appetite.
The Truffle Shiitake Buns were soft and filled with a rich truffle essence, making them a perfect companion to my meal. I also enjoyed the Shrimp in Chinese Wine, which was succulent and bursting with flavor.
However, I felt the Sichuan Peppered Eggplant didn’t hit the mark for me. While it was spicy, it lacked the depth of flavor I was hoping for. It left me a bit disappointed compared to the other standout dishes.
