If you’re looking for a delicious dining experience, Siam Square Mookata in Singapore is the place to be! I recently visited, and I must say, it was a feast for the senses. The moment I walked in, I was excited to dive into their mouth-watering buffet spread.
Starting with the spicy chicken, it was a hit! The flavors were bold and the spiciness was just right, giving me that warm kick that I love. Then, I tried the sliced beef, which was incredibly tender. It melted in my mouth, especially when dipped in their rich sauces. The sliced lamb also stood out with its smoky taste, making it one of my favorites.
Moving on to seafood, the sliced salmon was fresh and delicious. I grilled it until it was slightly crispy, and it tasted divine!
However, I found the sliced abalone a bit lacking in flavor; it didn’t have the punch I was hoping for. But that didn’t stop me from enjoying the other items on the table.
One unique dish I loved was the Thai fish sausage. It was bursting with flavor and had a lovely chewy texture that kept me coming back for more. The cheese tofu was another highlight; its creamy goodness paired perfectly with the hot pot.
Lastly, I had to try the Mama Tomyum noodles. They added a nice spicy and sour kick to my meal.
