If you’re looking for a fantastic spot to enjoy Western cuisine in Singapore, Publico Ristorante is a must-visit. Their menu features an array of mouthwatering dishes that truly stand out.
I absolutely adore their Spaghetti Carbonara. The creamy sauce made with pecorino and egg yolk clings beautifully to the spaghetti, and the guanciale adds a delightful crunch. It’s a classic that never disappoints.
Another dish that really impressed me was the Seafood Calamarata. The combination of lobster, prawns, and mussels in a light, flavorful sauce is simply divine. It’s a seafood lover’s dream come true.
