I recently had the pleasure of dining at Proof Pizza + Wine, and it was an amazing experience! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal with friends or family.
We started our meal with the Tomato + Burrata Salad. It was fresh and delicious, with juicy tomatoes and creamy burrata topped with a fruity mango and passionfruit coulis.
Next, we tried the Butternut Squash Arancini. These crispy risotto balls were filled with rich butternut squash purée and served with a light salad. They were so tasty and made for a perfect starter!
For the main course, I couldn’t resist the ‘Nasi Lemak’ Pizza. It was a unique twist on a classic dish, featuring coconut béchamel and marinated chicken thigh. The sambal chili added a nice kick, and the sous vide egg on top made it extra special.
My friend ordered the Gnocchi Pesto, which was soft and flavorful, tossed in homemade basil pesto and accompanied by grilled vegetables.
