SGMY’s Review Of Pasta Bar
So, I recently visited Pasta Bar, and let me tell you, it was an absolute treat for the taste buds!
First off, let’s talk about the antipasti. The Parma Ham was so delicate and flavorful, it practically melted in my mouth. And the Burrata! Creamy, fresh, and paired perfectly with the accompanying tomatoes. Each bite was like a burst of sunshine on my palate.
Now, onto the main event: the pasta. I couldn’t resist trying the Crab Pappardelle, and boy, was I glad I did! The saffron cream sauce was rich and indulgent, and the crab meat was sweet and succulent. It was like a luxurious hug in a bowl. And don’t even get me started on the Sea Urchin Tagliolini – it was a symphony of flavors, with the sea urchin cream and Tobiko adding a delightful brininess to every bite.
But the surprises didn’t stop there. The Truffle Fettuccini was a truffle-lover’s dream come true, with its generous shaving of black truffle and creamy truffle butter sauce. And the Ciriole Carbonara was a comforting classic done to perfection, with its creamy sauce and crispy pancetta.
To top it all off, we indulged in some Dolce – the Limoncello Tiramisu was a tangy twist on the classic dessert, and the Chocolate Millefoglie was pure indulgence.
Overall, Pasta Bar exceeded all my expectations. The food was top-notch, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the service was impeccable. I’ll definitely be back for more!
