The rice is fragrant and perfectly cooked, with tender meat that’s so flavorful. It’s a must-have whenever I’m here. I also love the Chicken 65, which is crispy and packed with spice. It’s the kind of dish that makes you want to reach for more.
Another favorite is the Gongura Mutton. The tangy Gongura leaves pair so well with the tender mutton. It has a unique flavor that I can’t find anywhere else. Mutton Shorba is also a comforting dish, with rich, savory flavors that make it perfect for a chilly day. The spices blend perfectly, creating a hearty soup I always look forward to.
If you’re looking for something vegetarian, the Vegetable Kurma is creamy and full of flavor. The vegetables are cooked just right, and it goes so well with the soft Naan they serve here. And the Fish Fry is another dish I love. The crispy outer layer with tender fish inside is just delightful, making it a great option for seafood lovers.
