I recently visited Flagwhite Restaurant Singapore and tried a variety of dishes from their menu. Most of the food impressed me, and I think it’s worth sharing my experience.
The Panko Breaded Fish & Chips is amazing! The fish is perfectly crispy on the outside while staying juicy inside. Paired with their homemade tartar sauce, it’s a dish I’d gladly order again. The Chicken Parmigiana was another highlight—crispy chicken layered with gooey cheese and flavorful tomato sauce. I loved how the fries and salad added a nice balance to the plate.
For lighter bites, the Truffle Fries are absolutely addictive. The earthy truffle aroma fills the air as soon as it arrives, and every bite feels indulgent. I also enjoyed their Crispy Garlic Parmesan Wings, which are flavorful and cooked just right, with a nice crunch and a rich garlicky taste.
The drinks are delightful too. I tried the Matcha Latte, which had a creamy texture and earthy sweetness that felt so comforting. The Espresso Tonic was refreshing and bold, a creative twist that worked surprisingly well!
The only letdown for me was the Quinoa Kale Burger Stack. The patties were a little dry, and the flavors didn’t quite come together as I’d hoped. The idea is great, but it could use a touch more seasoning or sauce for better balance.
