If you’re looking for a place to enjoy some comforting food, Ma Maison Restaurant in Singapore is definitely worth a visit! I’ve been there a couple of times, and there are so many dishes I keep going back for. First, the Set A (Daily Lunch) is always a nice surprise. I love how it comes with a soup of the day and a mini salad, making it a light but satisfying meal.
The Jumbo Hamburger Steak is another favorite. The patty is juicy and flavorful, and the sunny side up egg on top just makes it even better. Highly recommend it if you love burgers!
One appetizer I can’t resist is the Escargot in Garlic Butter. It’s so rich and the garlic butter adds a delicious touch to it. Another great dish is the Salmon Steak with Anchovy Butter Sauce. The salmon is grilled perfectly, and the anchovy butter sauce just brings it to life. For salads, I really enjoy the Caesar Salad. The crispy bacon and anchovy dressing make it so tasty.
The “Toro Toro” Omurice is another winner. The ketchup rice wrapped in a soft omelette is just comfort food at its best. However, I did try the Seafood Cream Sauce Spaghetti once, and while the seafood was fresh, the cream sauce didn’t stand out as much as I hoped. It was a bit too plain for my taste.
