Hey there! So, I recently tried Mamma Mia Singapore, and it’s a must-visit if you’re into Italian food. The Burrata with Olive Oil was a great starter—creamy, fresh, and paired perfectly with ciabatta.
I also loved the Truffle Mushroom Risotto; it was rich and creamy with just the right amount of truffle flavor. The Braised Beef Oxtail Pink Risotto was a standout, with tender oxtail and a comforting tomato cream sauce that felt like a warm hug.
If you’re a seafood fan, the Spaghetti with Crab Meat & Burrata Sauce is a must-try. The crab meat was sweet, and the burrata sauce was luxuriously creamy.
The Tortiglioni Rustic Beef Oxtail Bolognese was another hit, with a flavorful tomato sauce that made me crave more. For something lighter, the Mamma Mia Caesar Salad was crispy and fresh, with a tasty Caesar dressing.
