If you’re looking for amazing seafood in Singapore, you have to try Lo Hey HK Seafood. I recently visited and had a great time trying their dishes. Here’s a quick review of some of my favorites!
First, the Steamed Fish Head was fantastic! The fish was super fresh, and the meat was soft and tender. It’s definitely a must-try. The Sizzling Beef was another winner. The beef was so juicy, and the sizzling sound when it arrived at the table made it even more exciting. It’s a great dish for beef lovers!
The Salted Egg Prawns were really delicious too. The prawns were crispy, and the salted egg sauce was rich and creamy. It was hard to stop eating them! I also loved the Crispy Fish Skin. It’s the perfect snack, crispy and full of flavor.
The Stir-fried Clams with Garlic was another highlight. The clams were well-cooked, and the garlic added a nice savory kick to the dish. I also had the Chilli Crab, which was really tasty.
