Kucina Singapore is a gem for Italian food lovers. I recently visited and tried several dishes that were a delightful experience.
The Funghi Portobello Ripieno was an absolute treat, with juicy mushrooms stuffed with creamy ricotta, sundried tomatoes, and spinach. It was rich and satisfying, perfect for starting the meal.
The Burratina was a refreshing choice, with its creamy burrata paired with a vibrant tomato medley, olives, and basil pesto. It was light yet full of flavor.
The Gamberoni Al Forno featured marinated tiger prawns grilled to perfection, served with a tangy Italian salsa verde. The prawns were succulent and packed with a delightful blend of flavors.
I also enjoyed the Arancini Di Ragu, crispy beef risotto balls with a creamy grana padano sauce. They were comfort food at its best, warm and cheesy.
The Linguine Pescatora stood out with fresh seafood, including mussels, prawns, and clams, tossed in a light tomato sauce. It was a seafood lover’s dream, brimming with fresh flavors.
However, the Agnello, while tender and flavorful, was a bit too heavy on the herbs for my taste. It slightly overshadowed the delicate flavor of the lamb.
Lastly, the Classic Tiramisu was a perfect ending to the meal, creamy and well-balanced with just the right amount of coffee flavor.
