SGMY’s Review of Keong Saik Bakery Singapore
Hey guys! If you haven’t been to Keong Saik Bakery yet, you’re missing out on some seriously delicious eats. Their sandwiches are top-notch, and I can’t get enough of the Mushroom & Brie Sandwich. It’s loaded with juicy mushrooms, creamy Brie, and sundried tomatoes, all nestled in a soft focaccia. Every bite is a burst of flavor and comfort.
Another favorite is the Ham & Cheese Baguette. The smoked ham is fantastic, and the edam cheese adds a rich, creamy texture. The crushed pistachios sprinkled in give it a unique twist that I absolutely love.
And if you’re into something hearty, the Roasted Chicken Sandwich is a winner. The chicken is tender and paired with a bit of jalapeño and cheese for a spicy kick.
For drinks, the Latte is a must-try. It’s smooth and creamy, and if you’re feeling fancy, upgrading to Arabica beans takes it to the next level. I also recommend the Matcha Latte if you’re a fan of matcha; it’s perfectly balanced and not too overpowering.
Now, onto something a bit disappointing—the Passionfruit Fizz. While I was excited to try it, I found it a bit too tangy and not as refreshing as I hoped. The flavor didn’t quite hit the spot for me, but that’s just my taste.
Despite this minor hiccup, Keong Saik Bakery remains one of my go-to spots for great sandwiches and drinks. If you’re in the area, definitely stop by and give their menu a try—you won’t regret it!
