SGMY’s Review Of Ce La Vi
Hey friend! I recently had a meal at Ce La Vi, and it was amazing. The food there is a real treat for anyone who loves unique and flavorful dishes. Let me tell you about some of my favorites.
First, the Roasted Scallop. The combination of nduja beurre blanc, cauliflower, and pickled sweet mini pepper is just heavenly. Each bite melts in your mouth and leaves you craving for more.
I also tried the Sushi Rice Beef Tartare. It comes with umami sauce and shiso nori wraps, which add an interesting twist to the classic tartare. It’s a must-try!
The Avocado Sushi Roll is perfect for a light start. It’s fresh and simple, but the flavors are really well-balanced.
For something more filling, go for the Black Pepper Tiger Prawn. The lime and charcoal oil give it a tangy, smoky flavor that’s simply delicious.
I loved the Line Caught Red Snapper too. The laksa and celeriac coconut purée are a perfect match, making the dish stand out with its rich, creamy taste.
The Australian Lamb Chop with green curry purée and yogurt is another highlight. The lamb is tender and juicy, and the curry adds a lovely kick.
For dessert, don’t miss the Balinese Chocolate. The fermented strawberry and feuilletine add a delightful twist, making it a perfect end to the meal.
However, I must say I was a bit let down by the Tempura Zucchini Flower. It sounded promising, but it was a bit too greasy for my taste. Despite that, the rest of the meal was fantastic.
Overall, Ce La Vi is definitely worth a visit. The flavors are bold and exciting, and there’s something for everyone on the menu. You should definitely check it out!
