SGMY’s Review Of Ajumma Singapore
Ajumma is one of my favorite places in Singapore for Korean food. Their Signature Beef Kalbi is a must-try. The beef is juicy and has a smoky flavor. It comes with rice and four side dishes, which make it a complete meal.
The Spicy Pork & Charred Cabbage is also delicious. The pork is tender and the cabbage adds a nice smoky taste.
The Kimchi Fried Rice is another great dish. It has a nice mix of kimchi, prawns, and a fried egg on top.
If you like seafood, try the House-Smoked Norwegian Mackerel. It’s smoked with apple and hickory wood, which gives it a rich flavor.
For something really good, try the Crispy Samgyeopsal. It’s crispy pork belly with scrambled eggs and onions. It’s topped with yuja soy sauce, which is tasty.
The Army Base Stew is another favorite. It has SPAM, sausages, kimchi, noodles, and melted cheese – very comforting.
But not everything was perfect. The Jjajangmyeon was good but could have more flavor in the black bean sauce. The Fluffy Steamed Eggs were simple and could use more seasoning.
Overall, Ajumma is a great place for Korean food in Singapore. They have lots of tasty dishes to try.
