SGMY’s Review Of Yum Cha Singapore

If you’re looking for a place to enjoy some tasty dim sum and Chinese food, Yum Cha is a good choice. I recently tried several dishes from their menu, and most of them were delicious.

The Handmade Otah Siew Mai is one of my favorites. These little dumplings are filled with spicy otah, and every bite has a burst of flavor. If you love spicy food, you should definitely try this!

Another dish that I really liked was the Crusty Chilli Crab Bun. The bun was crispy on the outside, and inside, it had a rich chilli crab filling. It’s like eating chilli crab, but in a bun! It was tasty and easy to eat.

The Premium Seafood Fried Rice was also a great choice. It was full of fresh seafood and roasted duck. The flavors were rich, and the rice was cooked perfectly. I found this dish very satisfying and would definitely order it again.

For something sweet, I tried the Mango Pomelo Sago. It was light and refreshing, with sweet mango and a creamy coconut milk finish. It was a nice way to end the meal.

However, I wasn’t a big fan of the Squid Ink Dumplings. They looked interesting, but the taste was a bit too strong and salty for me. They might be good for someone who likes strong flavors, but they weren’t my favorite.

Overall, Yum Cha has a nice mix of classic and new dishes. There’s something for everyone to enjoy. If you love dim sum, this place is worth a visit, just be careful with the squid ink dumplings!
