SGMY’s Review Of Tsui Wah Singapore
Hey friends! I just tried out Tsui Wah Singapore and I have to share my experience. The food there is a blend of Hong Kong flavors and local delights, which makes it really special.
I started with the Crispy Bun with Condensed Milk. It’s so simple yet so delicious. The bun is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with the sweet condensed milk making it absolutely addictive. You have to pair it with their hot Milk Tea, which is rich and smooth, perfect for a comforting sip.
Next, I had the Tsui Wah Signature Pork Chop Bun. The pork chop was juicy and full of flavor, and the bun was perfectly toasted. It’s definitely a great choice if you’re in the mood for something filling.
For something more substantial, I went for the Kagoshima-Style Braised Pork Cartilage with Tossed Instant Noodles. The pork was tender and the noodles were springy, making it a comforting dish. I also tried the Chicken Wings with Sweet Soy Sauce. They were crispy and the sauce had a nice balance of sweetness and umami. Perfect for sharing!
The Lamb Chop Curry was another highlight. The lamb was cooked just right, and the curry was rich and fragrant. But, I have to be honest, the Satay Beef Brisket and Tendon in Soup with Noodles was a bit of a letdown. The beef was a little tough and the broth wasn’t as flavorful as I expected.
For dessert, I had the Baked Fried Rice with Pork Chop in Tomato Puree. The pork chop was tender, and the tomato sauce added a nice tangy flavor that made the dish stand out.
Overall, Tsui Wah Singapore offers a delightful mix of dishes that cater to different tastes. You should definitely give it a try!
