The Regent is a great place to enjoy tasty and well-made dishes. Their menu has many excellent choices that will satisfy any food lover.
One of my favorites is the Deep Fried Pork Belly with Garlic. It’s crispy on the outside and tender inside, with a delicious garlic flavor.
The Double Boiled Chicken Soup is also fantastic, with rich, comforting flavors and tender chicken pieces.
If you like beef, the Stir Fried Angus Beef with HK Choy Sum is a must-try. The beef is cooked just right and the choy sum adds a nice crunch.
For noodles, the Braised HK Yee Mee with Black Truffle and Mushroom is amazing. The black truffle makes the noodles taste extra special.
For dessert, the Coconut Pudding is creamy and delightful. The Chilled Thai Coconut with Sago Cream and Avocado is a refreshing and tasty way to end your meal.
However, the seafood options have seasonal prices that can be a bit unclear. It would be better if the prices were more straightforward.
