One of my favorites is the Smoked Duck Masak Lemak. The tender penne, combined with smoked duck and a creamy turmeric-coconut sauce, is simply delightful. It’s a unique twist that brings exciting flavors to the table.
Another standout is the Teh Tarik Cheesecake. This home-baked dessert has a lovely burnt top and is infused with teh tarik, making it a delightful end to your meal. The addition of teh tarik sauce and toasted coconut takes it to the next level.
For those who enjoy seafood, the Chilli Prawns are a must-try. Fresh prawns sautéed with chili and garlic create a mouthwatering dish, especially when paired with toasted sourdough. It’s bursting with flavor and perfect for sharing.
