One of my favorites is the Ultimate Club Sandwich. It’s a hearty meal with layers of beef bacon, grilled chicken, egg, and cheddar cheese stuffed into a soft croissant. The combination of flavors is spot-on, and it’s perfect for lunch or dinner.
Another standout dish is the Salmon & Spinach Bake. The baked salmon with eggs, spinach, and melted cheese is so creamy and delicious. It’s rich without being too heavy, and the sourdough on the side adds a nice touch.
