Let me tell you about my recent visit to this iconic spot. I was thrilled to indulge in their renowned bak kut teh.
First off, their Pork Ribs Soup was a standout. The tender ribs swimming in that flavorful herbal broth were just what I needed to warm my soul. Each sip was like a taste of tradition, bringing back memories of family gatherings and hearty meals.
But Song Fa isn’t just about the soup. Their Braised Pork Belly was a revelation. The smoky tenderness of the pork belly, paired with that rich sauce, was simply divine. It’s comfort food at its finest, satisfying and indulgent.
