So Good Char Chan Tang is one of my go-to spots when I crave Hong Kong-style comfort food in Singapore. Their Fried Hor Fun with Beef is really satisfying. The beef slices are tender, and the noodles have a great texture.
I also enjoyed the Fried Rice with Salted Fish & Diced Chicken. It’s full of flavor, with the salted fish adding just the right amount of savory punch.
The Shrimp Wanton Noodle is another classic that doesn’t disappoint. The dumplings are generously filled with shrimp, and the broth is light but tasty.
If you’re in the mood for something heartier, the Stewed Beef Brisket Noodle is a must-try. The beef is stewed to perfection, and the rich broth pairs well with the noodles.
However, not everything was perfect. I tried the Baked Cheese Spaghetti Bolognese, and while it was cheesy, the sauce was a bit too sweet for my liking. It felt like it was missing that savory balance.
