SGMY’s Review of Sichuan Alley Singapore
I recently visited Sichuan Alley in Singapore, and I have to say, it was a delicious experience! One of my top picks was the Braised Beef Rice Noodle. The beef was so tender, and the broth had a rich, comforting flavor that warmed me right up.
Another dish I can’t get enough of is the Hot and Sour Sweet Potato Noodle. The balance of spice and tang is just perfect. It’s definitely a dish that leaves you craving more.
The Dan Dan Noodles were another hit, with their creamy and spicy peanut sauce that was simply irresistible. If you love seafood, the King Prawn Egg Fried Rice is a must-try. The prawns were fresh, and the rice was packed with flavor.
For a crunchy snack, the Fried Pig Intestines were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It’s such a unique dish, and I really enjoyed it!
For dessert, I recommend the Speciality Ice Jelly. It’s refreshing and has just the right amount of sweetness to end the meal. The only dish that wasn’t quite to my taste was the Sichuan Pickled Vegetable Fish. I found the pickled veggies a bit too strong for my liking, which kind of overpowered the delicate fish. But everything else was amazing!
Overall, I highly recommend Sichuan Alley if you’re in the mood for bold, flavorful dishes. It’s a great place to satisfy your cravings for spicy and savory food!
