Recently I had a chance to visit Omulab, I was overwhelmed by the true Japanese flavors they offer. Let me give you my honest views.
I started my meal with the Premium Smokery Fish. This dish features a perfectly dressed omelette paired with Japanese steam rice, topped with thick unagi kabayaki and shoyu ikura. The avocado and pesto sauce add a delightful twist, making it a flavorful and satisfying start.
Another standout is the Cheesy Macaroni with Smoked Streaky. The creamy mac & cheese, infused with Italian herbs and topped with beef streaky, offers a comforting and indulgent experience that’s hard to resist.
For those who enjoy a bit of spice, the Sichuan Pepper Udon with Yakitori is an excellent choice. The udon noodles, paired with the spicy Sichuan pepper and tender yakitori, provide a delightful kick that will leave you craving more.
