NBCB is my new favorite spot for burgers. They have a great menu with lots of tasty options. I tried a few of their popular items and can’t wait to share my thoughts.
The Classic Single is amazing. The beef patty with melted cheddar cheese, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and secret sauce all come together perfectly in a soft brioche bun. It’s a classic done right.
I also loved the GCB (Wagyu Beef Burger). The Wagyu beef patty is so juicy and flavorful, and the natural cheddar cheese, fresh tomatoes, and truffle mayo make every bite special.
For something different, you must try the Haha Burger. The double fried Har Jeong Gai (prawn paste) chicken thigh, homemade chili sauce, and fresh cucumber slices create a unique and delicious flavor. The Jim Burger (Chilli) is another winner. The soft shell crab, lettuce, tomatoes, and fresh onion with spicy chili sauce offer a fun twist on regular burgers.
But not everything was perfect. The Sweet Miso Eggplant didn’t have the strong miso flavor I was hoping for. It could use a bit more punch. Also, the Sweet Potato QQ Ball was a bit too sweet for me. It didn’t quite match with the other savory items on the menu.
Overall, I think NBCB is a fantastic place for burger lovers. Most of their menu items are delicious and unique. If you’re in Singapore and love burgers, you should definitely check out NBCB.
