SGMY’s Review of Marcy’s Singapore

If you’re looking for a unique dining experience in Singapore, Marcy’s is definitely worth a visit! I recently tried their menu, and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of flavors and dishes.

I started with the Pacific Amberjack Tiradito, and it was stunning! The fresh fish paired with avruga caviar was a match made in heaven.

I also enjoyed the Crab Toast—the anchovy mascarpone and umami butter on brioche were simply delightful.

For something hearty, the Rigatoni with red wine-braised octopus really hit the spot; it was rich and comforting.

Moving on to the main course, I had the Iberico Pork Chop. It was juicy and cooked perfectly, with a lovely smoky flavor that made each bite enjoyable. I paired it with some Hassleback Frites, which were crispy and paired well with the prawns.

Now, I must mention the Hokkaido Scallop Crudo. While it was beautifully presented, I found the coconut leche tigre a bit overwhelming—it masked the delicate flavor of the scallops. A lighter dressing might have worked better here.

To end the meal, I couldn’t resist trying the Marcy’s Pecan Pie Sundae. It was the perfect sweet treat, combining peanut butter gelato and homemade pecan pie squares.

Overall, my experience at Marcy’s was fantastic! I left with a happy stomach and a smile on my face. If you’re a fan of creative dishes, you should definitely give it a try!
