SGMY’s Review Of Level33

Level33 is a cool place to eat with a view high up in Singapore. They have really good food that looks amazing and tastes great, like their Seared Hokkaido Scallops. These scallops are cooked just right and taste so good with chorizo jam and kombu oil.

Another tasty dish is their Sustainable Yarra Valley Salmon Roe. It comes with fluffy beer blinis and traditional condiments. The salmon roe pops in your mouth with freshness and goes perfectly with the blinis.

I also tried the Free-Range Australian Lamb Rump. It’s juicy and has a smoky maple glaze that gives it a nice flavor. The lamb comes with eggplant and citrus labneh, which adds a creamy touch.

But I have to be honest, not everything was perfect. I tried their Vine-Ripened Tomato dish, and I found the flavors a bit confusing. It’s supposed to have whipped cheese and marinated grapes, but the combination didn’t quite work for me. The cheese was too tangy, and the grapes didn’t blend well with the tomato.

Overall, Level33 is a great place to go for good food and an awesome view. The dishes are mostly delicious and beautifully presented.
