I recently tried the desserts from KLCG Malaysia, and I must say, they really know how to impress with their unique and delightful creations.
The Mochi Fraisier was a standout for me. The fresh strawberries wrapped in soft, handmade mochi skin created a perfect balance of texture and flavor. It’s a must-try for anyone who loves mochi and strawberries.
The Mango Passion Mousse Cake was another favorite. The almond sponge base, paired with zesty lime crumble and crispy lime feuilletine, offered a refreshing and tropical taste that I thoroughly enjoyed. It’s light and perfect for those who like a fruity dessert.
For hazelnut lovers, the Hazelnut Praline Mousse Cake is an exquisite treat. The fudgy brownie base combined with crunchy hazelnut layers made each bite heavenly. It’s rich and decadent, just the way I like it.
