I have to start with their Spicy Pork—the tender meat and bold flavors never disappoint. The slight heat combined with the savory-sweet sauce is so satisfying.
If you’re in the mood for something lighter, the Bibimbap is a great choice. The mix of fresh veggies and perfectly seasoned rice is a great balance, though I did feel it could use a bit more flavor. But that’s easily fixed with a dash of gochujang.
Their Kimchi Soup is another winner—hearty, spicy, and just what you need on a rainy day. It’s packed with tofu and kimchi, giving it that extra tang. The Fried Saba Fish is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, perfect with some rice.
However, the Bean Paste Soup didn’t quite stand out for me. While it’s decent, the flavor felt a bit one-dimensional, missing that depth you usually expect from a Korean stew.
