SGMY’s Review of Kai Duck Restaurant Singapore
If you’re looking for some tasty and comforting dishes, Kai Duck Restaurant is definitely the place to visit. The Signature Peking Duck is an absolute must-try. The duck skin is crispy, and the meat is tender and flavorful.
I also love the Double-boiled Shark’s Fin Soup with Chicken; it’s so rich and soothing, perfect for a rainy day. The Stir-fried Diced Chicken with Chili is another dish I highly recommend. It has just the right amount of spice and is so satisfying.
For dim sum lovers, you can’t miss the Steamed Prawn Dumpling (Har Gao). It’s light and packed with fresh prawn. Another favorite of mine is the Grilled Prawns in Laksa-infused Dressing. The prawns are perfectly grilled and the laksa sauce adds a lovely, tangy twist.
If you’re in the mood for something sweet, the Baked BBQ Honey Pork Pastry is delicious! It’s crispy on the outside and sweet on the inside – just the right balance.
However, not everything was perfect. I tried the Deep-fried Yam and Pumpkin, and while the texture was great, the taste didn’t quite stand out. It was a bit too bland for my liking, even though it had a nice crunch.
Overall, though, Kai Duck Restaurant has so many great dishes, and most of them are really worth trying. I can’t wait to go back and explore more of their menu!
