Hoshino Coffee Singapore is one of my favorite places to enjoy Japanese-Western food. The menu has so many amazing dishes that it’s hard to pick just one. I recently tried a few items, and most of them were absolutely delicious!
The Beef Stew Omu Rice was so comforting. The rice was soft and paired perfectly with the rich, hearty beef stew. The stew had a nice depth of flavor that I couldn’t stop enjoying. Another favorite was the Double Pancake Souffle Style. These pancakes were incredibly fluffy, almost like eating a cloud! The syrup and whipped cream made them even better.
For pasta lovers, the Mentaiko & Salmon Carbonara is a must-try. It’s creamy with just the right balance of saltiness from the mentaiko and a fresh taste from the salmon. The Hoshino Spaghetti, loaded with eggplant, mushrooms, bacon, and sausage, was another winner. It felt hearty and satisfying.
I also enjoyed the Chicken Katsu Curry Rice, where the crispy katsu matched so well with the flavorful curry. For dessert, the Hokkaido Rare Cheese Cake was smooth and light, a perfect way to end the meal.
